Title: Watermen and lighter-men Apprenticeships Bindings Look up Please?

I have the following information.  To verify this can SKS provide me with the source reference ?

Waterman George SMITH had been bound as an apprentice to John HOSKINS on May 22, 1741, and had obtained his freedom on October 6, 1749.
