I'm looking for the marriage of James McGrath and Mary Ann Farmer. Their eldest child Frances was born in 1924 so I presume the marriage would be early 1920s. I've looked on various sites and can't find them! Any help would be appreciated.
I believe that James had a brother Patrick and sister twins Cassandra and Susan!

I've tried the census without any luck. Their ages aren't shown on the marriage certificate and I can't find the families! I searched for Frances MacGrath and Hugh Farmer - the fathers of the couple. It does say that Frances is deceased.

Frances is a girl's name. Maybe search for Francis McGrath/MacGrath.
Where were the bride and groom living on their marriage record?
Who were the witnesses to the marriage?
What's the name of the church or registrar's office?

Mary Anne living in Dorragangh - again not sure of the spelling
They were married at St Mary's Arney
The witnesses were Francis McTaggart or Leggart and Kathleen Farmer

The census for Mary Ann is exciting - it lists Carrie and Susan and a brother Patrick. I assumed they were McGraths and not Farmers! Great. I mentioned those names on my post yesterday. So Mary married another McGrath!?

I'm finding it hard to read the names on the pdf certificate! I can't seem to locate the entry!
