There was no Irish census in 1921. See http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/help/history.html

It won't........there was no census in 1921 because of the War of Independence.
The first census of the population of the Irish Free State was taken in 1926.

The first census of Northern Ireland in 1926, was destroyed during WW2.
