This is the margin note on a birth record from 1875. Can anyone decipher it please?

This is a court amendment regarding a child birth, surname Schornstaedt
What christian names, Child, Mother?
what place, Sanlin?
There is something clipped off on the left.
A bit more info would help

I didn't post the entire birth record. It had the mother listed as unmarried. I'm not sure I can post it, it's watermarked from the Polish government. I'll check and if I can post it, I will do so shortly.
There is nothing else from this margin note that is not photographed though, what's visible on the left is the standard birth record.
Christian name - Child - Ferdinand Heinrich
Mother's name - Auguste (possibly Schornstaedt or Schultz). Both surnames are in the actual record.
Placed - Woedtke Germany. Record found in Saulin (Salino Gdansk)

b.t.w. there is no Schultz in this record. The mother´s name in the original record is Schorstein.

Thank you so much David!! It all makes perfect sense. We thought Schorstein was an error.
(Schulz was the mother's name in the child's marriage record years later. Perhaps it was her married name. It's so hard to read this old script.)
If you have the time to transcribe the birth record too, that would be great. We tried our best but we could have errors.
If you don't mind, I'm going to post the small portion of the child's marriage record where Schulz is mentioned. We could not figure out the word before that name, it must be something to do with her marrying a Schulz individual at some point.

It says verwittwerte Schulz - widowed Schulz, i.e. her married name was Schulz, but her husband had died. And then she had a kiddy, without having married again. :)

Thanks Karen!! I had a feeling it was referring to her subsequent marriage but we could not decipher that old script.
To clarify - the "verwittewerte Schulz" reference is on a document years later, the marriage record of the child in question. That's all he puts for his parents.

What surname does the child use (in his marriage doc)?
He uses the name Schornstadt. His marriage was Jan 1898. His first child had been born 4 months before. We imagine he tried to get married before the birth but discovered that his name was actually registered as Schorstein which was incorrect. So he had the record officially corrected and then married. The couple went on to have at least 8 other children.
As an aside, now we can look for the marriage of Auguste and Mr. Schutz because maybe her parents are listed in it. Exciting!!
