please need confirmation on above, he died 1936 from saving a persons
life on the river Nene, in Peterborough, was awarded by the Humane Society, its before 1939 so no date of birth, again would like to know who his parents were, there are a few contenders.?

JWP (1900) appears to have died in Sleaford in 1958
I cannot find JWP (1904) on DRO Index or in 1911.
JWP performed his life saving action in 1934. Report of his funeral in Peterborough Standard, 19 June 1936 quotes date as 6 December 1934.

Probate in 1948 for Sarah Elizabeth Goode (wife of William James Goode) to Elsie Florence Taylor (wife of John William Taylor) - she was at The Green Werrington age was 64 so possibly wrong family
