Does anyone know of a website where I can look at Wills from the early 1900's from someone that died in Norfolk District?  Thank you.

Nope not for the timeline you seek...only on microfilm.

http://www.archives.gov.on.ca/en/microfilm/surrogate_court_norfolk_t.aspx

Try the Norfolk County Archives link on your other post they may have a copy of the courts index.
