Would there be any passenger list from Belgium to the UK in 1946. Trying to locate when Michael B de Woolfson returned to the UK after service and getting married in Belgium. He should be with is wife and baby. They returned prior October 1946 to the Folkestone Kent erea.

No passenger lists were kept between Europe and UK. But you might just strike lucky if the relevant ship sailed Belgium via UK to another continent, e.g. to NY or to Africa.
Might be worth investigating Belgian records: I don't know whether they exist.
