hello all
I cant figure out what the affliction he had on July 1 1875.  It was a constitutional affliction (catchall phrase).

Although that may be what it is. Having it described as a "constitutional debility" seems to indicate it was not an injury. In the pre-germ/virus era it would be more likely to be a disease or infection. Such things as Rheumatism, influenza  and tuberculosis were described as constitutional disorders.
