Can anyone give me any information on the parents and siblings of Edna. Her mother's maiden name was Fletcher and she married James Willoughby in the 4th qtr 1932 Salford.

With a common name, and MMN, I think you'll have to pony up for the birth certificate.
Seems inordinately young to wed though. Would she not have been 15y at most?
Are you 100% sure of the dates?

Have you got the birth date from a transcription of the 1939 register?
If so I suggest you take a close look at the original.

There is a birth registered in 1883 for a William Lewis no mother's maiden name given (this would fit with the November 1882 birth date that I have seen for William ;D)
