With no clues at all, very difficult. How about Blackpool South Shore Baths? as a guess

 looks good to me :D Japeflakes. Well done.  Spent most of my childhood holidays there.

               Mi' dad used to disappear. Mum said he gone to watch the beauty contest again ::) ::)
