You could try Family Search, and specify South Africa, using the world map.

https://www.familysearch.org/search/

added:  if you haven't used FS before then you will need to register - no charge.

There are very few Birth Records for South African's online. You need to apply to the relevant authority for them and that requires a 13 digit ID Number and loads of patience.
If you are happy to rely on Church records than you can find the DRC, Hervoremde and Anglican church records on-line at familysearch. Not all parishes have allowed their records to be filmed, eg the Diocese of Port Elizabeth has not allowed it. There are some Methodist and Catholic records - very few the Methodist records are indexed, all others are partially indexed so you may need to trawl through the catalog to find the relevant film and then page through that.

Looking at your previous post - there is a Facebook group that assists people in navigating their search for their adoption detail in South Africa https://www.facebook.com/groups/babycomehome/
