Hoping someone can give me a date for this picture and the regiment if possible

I think this could be 1950s and could be Boys Brigade.

I remember the boys in my class at school wearing horizontal striped ties like that! Late 1940s - mid 1950s, maybe.

I agree, I have a photo of my OH with his Brother wearing a short trousers suit and similar shirt and tie.
when he was about 7 years old in the mid 50s.

Thanks both very much for suggestions. I'll do a bit of investigating.

I've just been looking at pictures of Boys Brigade uniform and it looks like the boys at the front are right, but not sure about the men at the back.

1920's/30's Army Cadets.
Raised by Grammar schools & affiliated to an Army Regt. but not
part of it so they don't wear the Regt'l. cap badge.
The Clergyman looks like a priest so maybe a Catholic school.

Thank you Jim. Very interesting.

Anything on the back which might indicate where it was taken?
The only other bit of info I can give is that their cap badge is pretty
much identical to that of the King's Royal Rifle Corps so maybe that's
who they're associated with.

Thanks Jim, The only writing on the back is - Dunn 4724
