Title: Phillips Remote

I have had Phillips Remote for about two weeks and it worked perfectly.  My first problem was having trouble changing channels and then closing down.  Now, I cannot get it to stay on.  I press on button and a very brief light , left hand corner , lights up and then goes out.  I have tried numerous ways but cannot get it to stay on.  I also changed to new batteries, but nothing works. Can you help.  Lookin2

Thank you but no luck yet on getting it to work.  My lack of knowledge on remotes.  Is it possible to remove remote entirely, unfortunately I did not put remote on so do not know how/what was done.  Thank you, Lookin2

From these two reviews, it doesn't seem that you are the first one with this problem.  You might think about sending it back as "Not fit for purpose".
