Hi there,

There is no national birth database of any sort for Belgium.
Can you provide more information about her? Where she lived in later life, where she married?

If she is the lady who married Percy Pinder in England in 1915, then she is recorded in this Belgian newspaper as being the daughter of Mr and Mrs Honore Hanoul, d'Uccle-Bruxelles
https://nieuwsvandegrooteoorlog.hetarchief.be/nl/media/lind%C3%A9pendance-belge/dP4Q9URWTZcdkNUkkWKh75Id?search=BLanche+Hanoul&keyword_quotes_found=1

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uccle
https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/268205?availability=Family%20History%20Library (civil registration for Uccle/Ukkle)

Her birth doesn't appear to be in Uccle; may be somewhere else in the Brussels area or further afield depending how mobile the family was.

Do you have her marriage certificate, and does it confirm her father's name and give his occupation?

Hi Jorose,
Yes it is her.  I dont have her marr certificate.
I wonder if she was born in Haillot or Ohey, Namur province.
Thanks for your help.

Could census 1921 be more precise about the birthplace?
I guess she is the one who died in 1953 ( freebmd) , try the press , obituaries , wills and probate.

Presumably her mother was Zoe Florina Hanoul who appears with the family in the 1939 register. Born 1862.

The register has a note which is only partly visible: ....Madame Hubert Honore H...

OK, the 1939 Directory note,
Lepoivre, Zoe Florine is her birth name
Madame Hubert Honore (refers to her husband and the missing name of) Hanoul.
