Hi everyone I received my Great Grandads death certificate today but cant read the cause can anyome help please?

Prostatic enlargement.
Senility.
The first could be Prostate enlargement either from a tumour or even cancer.
The second just means old age and the general failing of normal functions.

Just to add after Senility it also says No PM (ie post mortem)

Prostatic enlargement the prostate may obstruct urine flow from the bladder and out the urethra....(painful if you can't go to the toilet)
Senility “being senile” is an old-fashioned term, some people use them to refer to dementia.

I got the cause of death too, the same as others but I didn't get the "No PM"
