Hey All,
Next to someone who I think is a relative is the letters NDA and a date. Any idea what this could mean?

NDA was the area code allocated to Bolton. https://www.findmypast.co.uk/articles/1939-register-enumeration-districts
So this means that an amendment was made to the register on that date and that the amendment originated in Bolton.
