It has been transcribed as Vina Gragsa
But im not sure thats even a surname.
Can someone double check please?

There's not a lot of text to compare. But, comparing with the word First (under her name), I would rather go for Vina Fragsa. But again, give us more to compare.

I see Vina Gragson;

 or could be the writer messed up the "y" and the surname is Grayson

If the bride's name is Gertie, I'll go with Gragsa or Graysa

If you look at the word 'African' you will see that the writer tends to make the final 'n' into more of a straight line

I only see 2 letters after the g or y that you mention not 3?

I see "Grayso" then a long lazy drift of the pen which during my many decades of looking at signatures meant the final letter was an "n" = Grayson

My late husband's signature would have kept everyone guessing and then they'd give up lol
