Title: A few words in a will

Can I ask for some help with a few words and phrases in this will please. Hopefully the images will appear in the correct order!

1. I have here ? put my hand and Seale the day and year first above written [...] in the presence of ?.d before the sealing and publishing hereof

2. pleased to bless me ? shall ? dispose thereof as followeth I ? and leave unto my Father

3. The entire last line, unfortunately partially obscured by the binding: Somersett ? three acres more or less for and during all my? rightful? ?

4. maker hopeing through the merrits? of Jesus

I only have time for one before bed:
