Rosina Palmer b ant 1910 in London - who were her parents?
She is shown in the 1911 census at the home of Phillip Charles Cooper aged 38 with Fanny Jane Cooper, Henry Phillip Cooper and Alfred William Cooper.
But who were her parents? Fanny Jane was a Palmer so I assume one of her relatives - but which one?

If she was definitely born in Lambeth then this birth record would fit

It appears wife Elizabeth Ellen nee Dowley died before 1909. and the younger children given to relatives to raise, hence Rosina with the Cooper family.
1911 the son John age 12 is with George Stephen Bungay and his wife Anna Jane born Battersea.
He was baptized 8 September 1898 at St Stephen Battersea son of Charles Frederick Palmer - labourer and Elizabeth Ellen. Address 27 Abercrombie Street.
