Difficult as it is so feint. Does this make any sense to you?

Year - possibly 1867 - 17th November (maybe?)
Ego - I Eugene ? White? Priest’s name
Ecclesiae . parish of Kill?
Baptised the infant born 8th - mensis/month (can’t read that)
From Marco/Mark Finerty and Bridget Gavin
cui impost… given the name Patricius /Patrick
Godparents Patrick/Peter? Gavin and Maria/Mary Gavin

This may be the birth recorded on Irish Genealogy from Co Galway. Registered as Patt. and the surname Fe/inaghty. From Crannagh.

I would point about the this is a baptism record not a birth certificate. Shanreagh has posted a link to possible birth certificate.
