Title: Hunter/McClean info DO NOT REPLY TO THIS ONE

Hi guys

I need some help as i am confused, and my family don't talk much.

My mum is Margaret Hunter b c1948 Bathgate and her parents are Murdoch Munro b c1873 Ross and Cromarty and Margaret McClean b c1875 don't know place of birth but they married in Hutchesontown. So if mother is McClean how come my mum a Hunter struggling to find information.

I am trying to find connection and any siblings.

And before any of u wonderful people ask I have been looking on all sites and i cant find any information.

It  is never a good idea to start a new thread asking the same questions as an existing thread. It adds to confusion, encourages duplication of effort, and annoys people who have tried to help with the original thread.

This is impossible. If Margaret McClean was born in 1875 she would have been 73 in 1948, which is far too old to have a child.

Also there is no point flapping around trying to get information from other web sites instead of from Scotland's People, which is the only source of all the original documents.

I understand that i was tired when posting and though was in original it was a mistake.

As for Margaret McClean that was the mother
