Hello All
I am looking for info on the above he was born in 1885 in Cheltenham, after that the trail goes cold, i dont know who is parents where and what happened to him after 1885?

You can get a digital copy of the birth certificate for £2-50. One you have the mother’s name you can look for a possible marriage for her. If she kept the child he may have taken the stepfather’s.

There is this marriage in Cheltenham RD after his birth
but no Christopher with her and her husband in 1891. see later post Christopher W age 4

How do you know he is not on any census, if his mother married after his birth, he may have taken a stepfather’s name as I said. Then you would need to look for him under that name. I have come across many such examples in both my own and other people’s trees.

Just noticed that the 1891 for Emily does have a Christopher W Evered age 4 born Stroud living with her, I will amend my earlier post
