I've just found the above on the 1921 UK Census with her mother, Blanch nee Waymark Morris and siblings. Blanch and her husband Robert Owen Morris were Salvation Army Officers and I think Blanch was on leave from India in 1921 as her husband wasn't with her.
Is it possible to find out more about Rosalie?

the birth reg for Blanch doesn't look right. She was baptised 23 Dec 1873, date of birth noted as 6 Dec 1873 - dob matches an entry in 1939 register in Ealing.

There's a Blanche Morris in Swansea on the 1939 who is likely to account for the 1949 death reg.

Excellent research once again all. Everything seems to tie in with her marriage to Horace and I think he was born 1910 in Bargoed, Wales.
