Sussex / Re: Kinsett/Kensett & Rhodes of Shipley Parish
« on: Friday 01 January 21 19:45 GMT (UK)  »
I have the marriage certificate for Jane Kensett to Charles Dalrymple, my great Grandfather, on 6th February, 1878, at Brigown Church, Mitchelstown, Southern Ireland. Both were aged 36 when they married and the Church is now in a ruinous state.

Can anyone kindly assist with finding the death/burial place of Beatrice who was born 1891, Coggleshall, Essex? She married Albert Victor Moore - who I believe was in the forces - and had a daughter born Peggy Bettine Moore born 7 Jan., 1917, at St Marylebone. Peggy married John D. Feldwicke during July, 1940, and latterly lived at 20 Mountbatten Drive, Carisbrooke Park, Isle of Wight. They had a daughter Susan.

Yes, SL, Samuel was a very interesting character and a distant relation. I have a posting on the Douglas Archives under Windsor Castle (Jamaica). He was the eldest of 7, his nearest sibling being his sister, Mary, who died 1737. He was undoubtedly born in Kirkmabreck as he refers in his will as this being his 'place of nativity'. The frustration for me has always been finding his age at death.
Many thanks to you both for your interest and response.

Tried newspaperarchive.com myself SL, and didn't manage to find anything either.
Many thanks for taking the time to search and reply.
