Bit of an update, I've just won the auction for his British war medal on ebay (I wasn't looking for it either just doing more research and BOOM there it was!), so it is back in the family again....just his VM and SWB to go  ;)

Looking for relatives or photos of Robert, he also served/flew with a relative of mine in 1942/43. I have no idea from where in the world he hailed.

Mornin, I'm trying to trace relatives or photos of Leonard, he served with a relative of mine on 50 sqn in 1942/43 till being KIA on 2nd March '43. He was 20yrs old, from Gosfield in Essex and his parents were Sidney and Mary.
