Hi
Have you tried looking for the other info through FindMyPast or Ancestry - they will give you a broader Radnorshire/Breconshire/Herefordshire view depending on how you filter.
Happy hunting

Thank you so much - the J's are very different so now the task is to find more John Probert signatures and compare them.
Many thanks for your help

Radnorshire / Maddy Pipton/Glasbury
« on: Sunday 30 July 17 16:24 BST (UK)  »
Hi,
Some of my main line PROBERT were living at Gwernyfed Glasbury at this stage and John Probert 1789 - 1823 both Glasbury had a relationship with Mary Maddy b 1796 Clyro that resulted in the birth of Harriet Maddy b. 1816 Glasbury. Harriet was baptised at Maes yr Onnen Chapel not St Peters Glasbury and I have found a possible death entry for her in the Hay area for 1839.
John left a will stating that Harriet was to be given money for her education.
I was told many years ago that he was also married but have not got any more details than that.
Has anyone got any info on these three in their tree?
Many thanks

Hi
I have for a James Griffiths born 1805 but I'm not convinced that he is the one that you're looking got! My James was born in 1805 at  Esgairhiw Farm. Llandewi Ystradenny and died in 1851 at Craftyperthy, Llandewi Ystradenny. He married Mary Gould dau of Thomas Gould and Elizabeth Davies in 1833.
Any connection?
