You are a Great uncle to your nieces child
If her child marries & has a child - you are it’s Gt Gt uncle

Use the same formula as for grandparents/great grandparents etc

The 1974 marriage shows Doris as Isenegger-Clements.  Death reg - b 17.6.1904  died 1999

Doris was b Sept qtr 1904 Hackney 1B 569

A tree on Ancestry has a marriage to Leslie Cuthbert Clements in Birmingham 1952 - no marriage found.  It also has Doris dying in 1967??

Leslie Cuthbert Clements was b 1900 Totnes died 1966 - probate shows widow as Martha Prudence🙄🙄🙄

You can use freebmd to find any from 1837 onwards.  Tabitha married in June qtr 1841

www.freebmd.org.uk

Use www.familysearch.org to try & locate those pre-1837

However - unless they used the Rus** name as well as Smith - you may struggle
