Is there any online records for ormskirk,halsall or aughton pre 1800 that can be researched on line.

Could you please look at your list to see if there are any persons with the surname bennett on you list they would have been born between 1820 and 1830 I don't have addresses and I know its not much information if it is to little to search for I will try and find more information and come back.

Could any one tell me what a nursechild is,on doing a search in the 1861 census my family turn up with father mother and children and a baby of 2 months old but with a different surname and under the heading where daughter/son would be is the term nursechild.
