Henry Hurle and his wife Mary Bowles were buried at Stourton Church in 1807. The headstone was placed by their grandson Joseph Cooke-Hurle. The church is in a beautiful location on the National Trust Stourhead estate.

Richard Waller was living as a boarder with George Spencer in the 1881 Census at 23 Port Street Skipton. I have Richard Waller's death cert and G Spencer is named as the informant and present at death.

They all seems to be from Rochdale. Have a look at the family tree I have put on Ancestry and see if any of the names tie in with your interests. Robert Taylor Heape 1813-1888 is there with quite a few of the family members.

I have the document Stephen Kay mentions about the Heape family going back to Robert de Hep in 1170. If Don and gandygut are interested in it, let me know as it doesn't relate to my ancestors unfortunately.

I am interested in Mary Shore Cooke born in 1815, dtr of Joseph Cooke who later married John Hill. Does anyone know why she was given the middle name of Shore?
