I have contacted Hull archives and The name entered against  216 Prescot Road in 1969/70 and 1970/71 is Geoffrey and Irene Prescott.

I ahve Emailed the records library at Hull to see if someone will pelase look at the telephone directory or the electoral roll for me.

Someone on the writing forum believes the name is Mrs P Marriott.

I am in touch with Chelsea pensioners so they are going to check Pictures/In Pensioners from around that time.
