I am looking for definitive father information and name of mother. And of course to go back Farther if I can.

Father is Joseph Dawson most likely born 1771 living in Milton Bedford in 1841 mother is ???
I see on a family site that said Mary Ann Franklin but I tend not to trust until I can verify.

I also would info on a birth of Thomas JOhn Kilpin Dawson b or CHrist. 10-28-1819
he dies at age 30 we have his bible. He was a minister.

Thanks

Hi,

Just starting to research Dawson roots but I think we have a connection.

My gr gr grandmother was
Elizabeth Dawson she married Abraham Parrott of Colmworth in Ravensden Church in 1841.
Her father is listed as Joseph Dawson (no mother listed)
So he could be the son of one of the gentlemen you listed here.
He also had at least 2 other daughters and one son
MAry Ann Dawson married James Lovell
Eleanor Dawson married James King.
Thomas Kilpin Dawson who dies when he was about 30 was a reverednd or man of the clergy. We have his bible hiding in the family somewhere. I do not know if he was married. the daughters immigrated to Michigan

(*) lets see where this leads us!
