Oxfordshire / St Mary Magdalene, Oxford - HICKS
« on: Wednesday 14 November 12 21:36 GMT (UK)  »
Hello,

Is anyone willing to look up burials at this church for anyone named Hicks? I'd be very grateful!!

If there are loads can you look at 1838-1840?

Thanks!
Mike

They did that to the Wesleyan Cemetery in Cheetham Hill and removed the remains of about a dozen of my ancestors.

Yes i've noticed the buttons too. I thought it might have been immodest to have your picture taken when pregnant, maybe not.

I've got quite a few photos like this, all handed down from a gt grandfather, probably family members too but not a single one has anything written on to say who they are!! I stare at them for hours and i get nowhere! Very frustrating.

Yes i'm sure it's signed by Annie.

By the way the stamp is missing because i steamed it off in 1975 when i was a "wet behind the ears" stamp collector.

This is the front side of this postcard...

would anyone say that this was a studio photowith borrowed clothing cos those shoes look like flippers!
