Hi, went back to Carlisle Records and rechecked the records for Castle Sowerby and Raughton Head.

As follows:-
William and Margaret Ward, (Nee Monkhouse) of Haithwaite Lane, Castle Sowerby, children baptised were
March 11th 1796 son,Edward
December 20th 1801 son, Robert
May 13th 1804, daughter, Margaret
August 19th, 1806, son, William
September 6th 1812, daughter, Elizabeth
On all the baptism records it states the mother was Nee (Monkhouse).
Also
Found a marriage for daughter Elizabeth, married at Raughton Head parish church. As follows,
1843 May 22nd
James Turnbull (Joiner), father ,John Turnbull (Labourer)
married Elizabeth Ward (Servant), father, William Ward (Yeoman)
Children as follows,
1843, August 6th ,daughter, Mary
1845, May 18th, son, William
1847, September 19th, daughter, Margaret
1853, June 12th, son, John
Also
Found a Will for James Turnbull dated 1884.
Daughter Mary to inherit twenty pounds and silver spoons. Wife to have use of the money and spoons as long as she lives and wife to have stockintrade, leasehold, monies and linen.
Value sixtynine pounds and seven shillings.
Also found,
William (Miller) by trade and Esther Ward of Haithwaite Lane
children as follows,
1828 September 21st, son, John
1831 March 19th, daughter, Mary
Also found,
John (Mason) by trade and Mary Ward of Haithwaite Lane
children as follows,
1842 March 20th, daughter, Betsy
1844 November 24th, daughter, Margaret
Also found, Robert (Labourer) by trade and Martha Ward of Haithwaite Lane
1832 September 2nd, daughter , Margaret
1836 March 5th, daughter, Esther
Two more Wills, as follows,
Thomas Ward dated 1898 of Haithwaite Lane
All estate to William Turnbull (Joiner) ,made sole executor.
and
Margaret Ward dated 1880 of Haithwaite Lane,
To sister Elizabeth all linen which belonged to mother.
Nephew Thomas Ward to have all cottage houses and premises at Haithwaite Lane, value under twenty pounds.
also I noted that the Monkhouse family also lived on Haithwaite Lane.
