Hello, the man in this picture is my Granddads brother and we have his dob as 13/09/1908, did you get 1909 of the census, we don't have much info about him?

There is a L/SGT 5503651 Charles Henry Buckle of the Hampshirer Regiment on the CWGC site, killed 24.9.1943 he is buried in Salerno War Cemetary grave V.F.24.
The Hampshires were part of the 8th Army, could this be your man?

This isn't him, this Charles in the photo is my Granddads brother and died in 1974 aged 64.

Hello I'm the Great Granddaughter of William Buckle brother to these two, so anything I can fill in down my side and I've got a lot of information about the family through John Buckle son of Walter Buckle (my Great Uncle), I don't know if you've come across him on your searches.

Hello, this is my Great Granddad, I own the original of this picture (it's an army postcard) which is from the First World War and I can fill in the blanks. He served from 1895-1911 and then from 1914-1916 in the Uk, South Africa and France and he was a Lance Corporal in the Worcestershire regiment. Anything else you want to know and which random relative gave you a copy of the picture?
