Not specific to your mine of interest, but you can read about general lead mine conditions by downloading the report for North Wales 1842 from here. It covers several lead mines and related industries as well as coal mines.

The Moravian marriage of 1839 shows Kajetan Marno was a widower. His first marriage was to the 17 year old Clara Kugler on 7 Oct 1832 Vienna Gumpendorf.

Here is his baptism 7 Aug 1799 at Tattenitz, Czech name Tatenice,  you will need a free Familysearch login if you don't already have one.

This is the Marno/ Schindler wedding in 1839, which was in Modřice, (note spelling German name was Mödritz ) near Brno (German name Brünn)
