I purchased the image of what may be her death certificate, aged 4. It contains the following information - address 21 Watt St, date of death/registration 21/03/01, informant Father : Frederick James Stephens : Boilersmith.

I also thought Belper workhouse at first, but those deaths weren't there (turns out Belpher WH records are on FS!)

The Derby Union workhouse was by then in Markeaton, and at that time (1879) was in Belper RD
