Hi. Can anyone please make out the first word of the paragraph please. It relates possibly to a medical diagnosis of James Green. In 1918, on discharge he was sent to the ‘asylum’ in Lancaster, where he remained until his death in 1964.
I think it reads:-
...... constitutional aggravated by stress of campaign ...... capacity assessed 16th ? recommended for treatment in asylum.
