Is there any way to trace the birth certificate of a person born in burma in the 1930's, there father was also born in burma of english parents.

Can someone help me please I am looking for a Thomas Jowsey & Jane Jowsey (nee Nixon) in the 1851 or 1861 Census They had a Son Thomas in 1860 and lived in the Westoe area of South Shields they seem to come from nowhere and then vanished for there son Thomas is in the 1881 & the 1891 Census

 ??? More of a Who's Who william and John are brothers
Esther has baby by william in 1908 and marries John in 1910 but not brther john but another john and they are all wrights not only this both John's are Foy Boat men and Both there farthers are Piolts  :-\
All I can say is it's a Wright old mess :'(

 ???I have been looking for the Marrige of William Wright to Esther Gray or John Wright to Esther Gray some time between 1899 and the birth of there daughter in 1908 William and John are brothers all three lived together when William was not at sea.

Can any one help me  :-[
