Today little is known of the English Traveling Circus's from the mid 1800's. I have read somewhere that one of my grandfathers traveled with one of them but cannot find the name of it. I hope that working on the Roots Message Boards some people and places can be filled in.
Thank You
Jim

ps seems most of the family was in the Heddington Wiltshire England area if that might help

Wiltshire / Re: The Head Family in the Heddington Wiltshire area

The Henry Head that solidrock has is the correct GG Grandfather to me (Alice Gentilla Head. b: Dec 6 1889,  d: June 1966, is my GreatGrandmother).
I have had the correct birth marr. death of Henry,  but until i read the story about Ann did it allow me to fill in some of his past in regards to the Ann's. This has allowed me to firmly add Mary as the mother to the elder Ann (1831).
In the past 6 months i have been trying to find some information on my mothers side of the family. My mothers grandfather Healey changed his name some time during WWI and no one has any idea what it was before the change. So I have been looking for Grandma Healeys (Head) past.
So entering the information i had on RootsChat has been so much help i want to say thank you. My mother is 73 and has been working on some of the family for 20 years. She will soon be joiining the RootsChat very soon.
I spend better the 100 hours a week working and sometimes i dont get to check on here for several days at a time. Thank you all for being patient with me and ill do everything i can to help you if possible.
   Thank You
   Jim

He is one we cant really put a finger on.
He was in classy positions for that time but still have no place of Birth on him. my mother and 2 of her aunts have been looking for 15 years and cant find his place of birth.
They did have a census paper on him that showed him from out of the country where it asked where he was born.

Thank You for the help

This has provided me with some interesting information.

I would also like to find out who William's Parents could be.
