Hi Carol. thankyou so much for that, I am really over the moon, I sent my elder sister the ones you did with the hair change and she said, yes, thats mum and Dad. I am stoked Carol. super thrilled, so thank you again for that.

Wow, they re really good thank you so much, It is really hard to know exactly what someone looked like in color when you have nothing else to go on, there is no other color photos of mum anywhere that we have found. we can only go on what older people who knew her can tell us. I wish I could remember her better, I do know she was a lovely person and a great mother, but cancer took her from us, the same cancer has also claimed three of my sisters.
Thank you so very very much to all these photos of mum and dad, so lovely, I am so appreciative of them.
Much Love Jennie .. xxx

Hi everyone.
WOW, I am totally blown away with these colored photos, mum and dad brought back to life for me. So awesome, I just sent  copies of them to my Aunty, BUT: she now tells me that mum had blondish hair, everything else totally perfect. I wished I could remember mum more, and when I really think about it I can sort of remember her having really light colored hair. Is it possible to change her hair to blond, I know I am a pain.
And I love where you gave her eyes, that is so cool.

Hi. This is a photo of my mother and father, George Murray and Violet Winner. They were married in 1946. My mum died of cancer when I was 10 years old so I dont know her well. But she had hazel eyes and light (very light) brown hair, dad had black hair.
We think this is the wedding photo as mum appears to be wearing a veil, its the only clear photo we have of mum as a lot of stuff was destroyed when dad remarried.
If I can have this colored I would be over the moon.

Blimey, Carol, John. These are amazing, I can now show my grandchildren that color did exist back in the olden days, Ha Ha. They sure come to life with the color thats for sure. Thankyou so much for doing this for me. I have one other photo which is of my mum and dad just after they married, I dont have a wedding photo and I am not sure if this was their actual wedding photo. however, mum looks like she is wearing some sort of white veil, not sure of the wedding dress, my mum died when I was only 10, so I dont remember her well, just little bits and pieces.
I will make another thread for it.
many thanks
Jennie .

Hello Pat, Hello Tomkin.
That is so lovely, how beautiful they are. Thankyou so very very much. I cannot wait to sent these off to my children and sister. And I actually didnt notice that someone must have tried to touch the photo up Tomkin, it certainly wasnt me, artwork is not one of my strong points. LOL. I have just been sitting and staring at these two coloured photos.
So very very well done, its hard to fathom at the moment.
Thankyou from my heart

Hi.
My name is Jennie, I have an old photo of my sisters and I taken about 64 years ago. I was wondering if someone might be able to colour it for me. I am the little one holding the crocodile, apparently I was upset and scared and they gave me that to keep me quite, But then they took it back. Nasty people. The crocodile was green. we all have dark brown eyes and brown hair. My older sister and my 3rd eldest sister both had matching dresses made from the same green curtains as mum used to make all our clothes, we were very poor, but happy. Sadly my older sister and I are the only ones still alive.
If anyone can colour this photo for me I would be over the moon.
Thankyou Jennie
