Thank you,every one.....

I think you have answered my prayers !

The Elizabeth Plater, born 1867 at Aylesbury,I think may be my girl.I didn't know about the little boy,Frederick or Emma's alias of Clayton, this gives me something else to work with.I am thrilled.

Elizabeth Bertha Plater 1889,went on to have two illegitimate daughters of her own. Phoebe 1911 and Bertha in 1912.She brought up Phoebe, but had Bertha adopted. It was trying to find Bertha's natural family that I started my search back in 2018.

Thank you all again,
Bella's Girl .

Thank You Everyone.

I think  have to rule out that particular Elizabeth Plater. As Mabel has pointed out, she would only have been 10 years old, when her first daughter, Emma was born. All three girls were living in York,in 1911.I have their subsequent marriages and children.

The Doris Plater born 1906, died later the same year.

the website I use, will not show the original images for some reason.
Would someone kindly let me have the details of Elizabeth Plater c1867 who was in the workhouse in 1887.

I would really appreciate it

Lancashire / Charlotte Noble. Can anyone find her birth?
« on: Tuesday 09 March 21 16:22 GMT (UK)  »
Hello Good People.

After many years of searching,I have found out the maiden name of my 4 times great grandmother, Charlotte NOBLE. My 4 times great grandfather's name was transcribed as William Tylor on their marriage, not TAYLOR. The wedding took place at Ulverston in August 1819. William was a iron forge man, and they had four children John 1820, William 1822,Margaret 1825,and Charles 1827. The children were baptised at Colton I have a Cd of The Parish Records

Charlotte died in 1829, aged 31, and was buried at Egton with Newton.
So I think she was born c1797.

I cannot find any trace of  a baptism, and I would imagine it was in that area that she was born......can anyone help ?

Many Thanks
