Alexr is an abbreviation of Alexander.
Thanks! I knew the meaning of a. s. n. and W. But I couldn't quite decide if it looked like Alex r (with a superscript r) or not. But it makes sense that it is. I believe Alexander was a fairly common given name in that time.
