It's better to look on the 1901 census at that address. The family then moved to West Coker, Somerset. The family name was Whiting/Jackson.

Thank you for all the responses - very helpful. That fits in with it being Mary Martin and not her mother and 16 or 17 looks right too, so mid 1890's would be spot on.

Yes, interesting!
I would concentrate on the 220 match. Look for siblings of the grandparent of 220 on that line. I would guess that one of those siblings is the person you are looking for.
