Hi again,

Thank you for looking into this for me. I would really appreciate any info you have. 1922 marriage sounds about right, so might be a good lead.

Thanks again, Rose.

Hi Tirconnell,

Thanks for your reply. The only other information I have is from Ancestry, which has a transcription of the memorial at St Mary Corkhill, Buncrana, which lists Teresa's sister as Ellen Fullerton (died 7 JANUARY 2005) and brother as Alex Fullerton (died 9TH OCTOBER 2003). I don't have birth dates or any other information.

I think there will be a McDaid connection to one of her parents, but not 100% sure.

Thanks again, Rose.

Hi All,

Brand new to the forum here, as I stumbled on this post during research.

I am also researching McDaid/McDevitt and Fullerton lines of Buncrana.

I am trying to find the birth date and parents of Teresa Given (I think maiden name Fullerton) died 2003 in Buncrana and buried at St Mary Corkhill.

Can anyone with a better understanding of these families please help me out with this information?

Regards, Rose

Andrea,

Im a direct descendant of TH Tragett and would be interested in finding out some more details of your findings.
TH Tragett was a Reverend, ordained in 1823. There was also some military connections in the family - I'm still trying to work that out. maybe the out of country bit was a stint in the subcontinent?
He took over ownership of Awebridge Danes in 1825 (sadly now out of the family...).
Another point of interest - his daugther Louisa, married into the Austen family (i.e. Jane Austen) so Im following up that connection too.
Pleas elet me know if you have anything else interesting to share?
Thanks, Rosie.
