They were married in Walmer in Kent - Thomas was certainly born there and I suspect Stephen was too. I can't find any of them on the 1851 census anywhere!

I am desperately trying to find Stephen Ladd who I believe was born around 1822. He married Elizabeth Marsh in 1847 and had at least 2 children - Stephen and Thomas Henry. He died in 1856. Can anyone help me find where and when he was born please?

My great grandfather was Thomas Davies. All I can find out about him is that he was of "full age" when he married in 1870. He had 3 children - Thomas Ayliffe, Arthur Edward and Nelson Henry Charles. I also know he was a butler. I cannot find him on any census neither can I find his birth or death. Can anyone help me please?

I am trying to find the birth of Stephen Ladd around 1822 possibly in Walmer or surrounding area. He was certainly there when he married in 1847. I do know his father was also Stephen Ladd. Can anyone help me please?
