Deaths to 2021 are available to search online at https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp

No death listed 2005 - 2021

In the meantime his name should be removed as a precaution and also from your subject header

I have done this concerning the possibility that he may still be alive. I have posted this on behalf of my father and I did explain this to him (though as the poster, I accept full responsibility). The information came from a family member who was told this person had passed away.

We had seen the information regarding addresses in London during the 1950s. Naturally, if they are no longer with us, then its safe to suggest it was after this period. Is there a way to find this out?

Have you located him on the 1939 register

ADDED I have just located his parents and there is a line still redacted which could be him.  This could indicate he is still living  :-\

I have removed his names from my post heading

Would you be able to PM with information?

We believe he was alive after 1939.

I am searching for information regarding AJBF. He was born in 1932 (4th quarter), in Axbridge, Somerset. He was the eldest child to parents Ernest Arthur John Byrne Fluck (b. 28.04.1903), and Alice Mary Gosling. We are trying to trace his death details.

An ancestor of the family strongly believes that he died at an early age but does not know when or where. I appreciate that this is less than 100 years, however, it is believed that he is no longer alive.

Yorkshire (West Riding) / John Holland born 1808
« on: Tuesday 26 October 21 13:38 BST (UK)  »
Can anyone help with the information, please, regarding the parents of John Holland, born 1808 in Sheffield?

There are two possible baptisms listed at the Sheffield Cathedral; 1) born; 18 February 1808. bap; 20 March 1808 to John Holland (cutler), and Elizabeth. And 2) born 13 May 1808, to Mark Holland (scissorsmith), and Jane.

We know that he married Matha Scholes on 22 August 1830, in Handsworth, Sheffield. Records do not state his parent's names.

We are struggling to decipher which baptism record (if either), is correct, and we appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Paul, it's Rootschat policy not to name any possible living persons. I have attached a link to Freebmd (not sure if you have used this site before.

https://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl

If you click on births, surname Watkins, mother's surname Stone and years between 1925-1939 you should get 6 results. I think the first might not be William & Muriels.

Any problems get to to us.

John

Now I understand. To be honest, when you mentioned 1939 I thought something different. I thought that you meant that there was some sort of accident (war maybe) where several people were killed.

I have researched Muriel and her husband's lineage but never the Stone family itself. It came from a conversation with a family member who believes that Muriel and Doris had a brother who later died in some sort of accident, either involving a motorbike or a bus and he died whilst trying to assist in rescuing people from the bus. There is allegedly a newspaper article, I'm trying to find said article but I have no names or dates so that is where I am starting.

4 persons redacted on 1939. At least 3 Watkins/Stone birth in Bedwelty with a further 2 in Chepstow. In 1939 Muriels father Leonard A is also in the household.

John

Do you have more information on this, please?

Hi

I am searching for information on Muriel Fanny Stone, born 1905 in Bedwellty (she married William Watkins). The information I am trying to find is from the 1911 census.

At the moment a name and a year of birth are all I have.

thanks in advance.
Paul

Jaybyrd79 has only made 1 post - so the PM system is closed to him/her.
If they make another couple of posts, then the PM system will open up! ;D

It's to stop spammers!

Thank you. I wasn't aware of that.

It does make sense.
