Samuel Adams was my grt grandfather x2.His son Hugh Henry grt grandfather & his son Frederick my grandad. He was also a plasterer on the Wirral.I have not done any research for a while, but had not got any further back than Samuel.Yes,we must be distantly related but not sure how.I will look on my Ancestry tree.

Lancashire / Samuel Adams, died on board 'Brig Nellie" St Georges Dock, Liverpool
« on: Wednesday 26 March 08 16:26 GMT (UK)  »
My Grt Grandfather x2 died on board the Brig Nellie, St Georges Dock, Liverpool. He died from natural causes  ( coroners report on death cert )and  was taken to the "dead house "  I would like to find out more about Samuels seafaring life and if it is possible to find out more about the Brig Nellie.
Can someone look up newspapers for Liverpoool please if that is possible? It would be the Echo or Mercury for 18 March 1876. I would like to know if there is a mention of his death or if in the shipping section Brig Nellie is mentioned in port at that time or any other.
I am working and have limited time to go and look this up myself, so would appriciate any help !

These names all followed down the generations, this makes me think it must be my ancestors. Do you know of any of these names in your research?Possiblyof the same family.
