Thanks for your reply. When something does not work I assume that I am doing something wrong but apart from clicking on the site what could I do wrong. No answer expected.

It is a great site and has helped me a lot in my research.
Thanks

Can anybody tell me if libindx is still accessible on the computer. If so do I have to register with Moray Heritage.

Thanks
Betty

Thanks for the link. I saw that last night but did not explore it. I had thought on phoning the number which I might do today.

Thanks for your time.

Dumfriesshire / Applegarth Church
« on: Friday 28 July 23 07:41 BST (UK)  »
Hi
Can anyone local to Applegarth give me contact details about Applegarth Church. I would like to arrange access to the church on 12th September for a short period. A friend who is visiting from Canada would like to see where her ancestors worshipped. Their burial is in the churchyard.
I tried two email addresses from google search which did not even send. I also googled Mr. Read who I thought was minister but he has moved from the area.

I see they have a facebook page but I do not post on that site.
Thanks for any help you can give me.

Thanks for your reply but not sure if this family is connected to mine.
William Marr died in 1910 in Kelvin and his wife died in 1918 in Barnhill Poor House.

Two of Alexander’s unmarried daughters and a granddaughter were recorded in 1921 visiting someone in Urquhart. Alexander was born in Aberdeen. His wife's family came from the Urquhart area.

Thanks
Betty
