Possible for William (Stockport 1794) in Frampton Cotterell, Glos in 1851. With wife Alice

K. Hall, 1974)'. Author is listed in the unknown nationalities section, nothing else known except her book, under a pseudonym, was published 1901 -

Penelope aka Urania must have had experience of life in America.
Can't work out the significance of the title though
