possibly nit relevant,
Lancsopc,
 burial
of Elizabeth Holker a  widow,
abode Monton,
St Mary the Virgin Eccles,
29th Jan 1788
also in the same church
Baptism of Elizabeth Holker,
daughter of John a weaver and his wife Ann
abode Monton,
7th March 1790
Ann and John have quite a big family,
it may be worth looking for a will for John Holker, and James Gregory

I think both girls sadly died ,their Step Granny was living within the Tynemouth,B,M,D registration district, in 1871, you may have to purchase the death certificates for proof, I was unable to find Isabella in 1871,with any of her relatives ,but the only possible death was 1873,Isabella Patterson aged 14 in Tynemouth district,

FamilySearch org has her father as Thomas Richardson, and from what others have researched her mother Isabella  died in 1847, in Tynemouth registration district, possibly they are all together in 1841, Thomas Richardson aged 30 a miner, Isabella also aged 30, children Henry aged 8, Robert aged 6,Eleanor aged 4 and David aged 1,living in Cowpen
you will find Eleanor/Ellen with her father Thomas in Double Row, Seaton Delaval in 1851, her father is remarried,

GRO has a death recorded in Morpeth 1863  for Ellen Patterson aged 27 years ,have you excluded this death as a possible mother to Ralph
